The ILB was launched to the report of a motor boat suffering with engine failure at anchor off Mumbles Lighthouse.  The crew retrieved the boat by tow to Knab Rock. It had 5 persons on board and was assisted back onto it's trailer by the crew.

Fortunately the boats crew were experienced and able to anchor the boat safely whilst awaiting the assistance of the RNLI volunteer crew.
